Antique Japanese Katana Sword Phoenix and Dragon Iron Tsuba
Estimated to be from the mid 17th century and of the Nara School this is a beautiful Phoenix and Dragon theme tsuba. In the moko shape and of hammered iron with the Phoenix and Dragon in high relief. The reverse of the tsuba features the wishing jewel and Doko (Thunderbolt) design with the mimi in the maru style.
