Antique Japanese Katana Sword Grape Vine Iron Tsuba Brass Inlay

Estimated to be from the mid 17th century and of the Showami School this beautiful vine theme tsuba is sure to please.  In the marugata style and of hammered iron, the vines and some grapes are inlaid in brass with vine leaves in restrained relief.   The rear of the tsuba also features the same inlay and relief.  This is a large tsuba and sure to suit a large range of Katana size.
