The Tsunami Damascus Katana is part of our budget range of live blade Katana swords that are fantastic value for money.  It features a hand forged, full tang, folded steel live blade that is beautifully polished with little or no washboard creating a flat and smooth appearance. We have opted for no groove in the blade for a little added strength in cutting, particularly in twisted cuts.  The timber tsuka features genuine Rayskin that is wrapped in cotton quite tightly for the price range, aiding in overall strength.  The Fuchi,Kashira and Tsuba are constructed from patinated brass which again helps to give strength and durability for the price range and an almost antique look.
