The Spangen nasal helm was popular throughout Europe from as early as 600 AD until the early middle ages.  Recognisable by the multiple plate and riveted straps our helmet is crafted from re-enactment quality 16 gauge, 1.6mm steel, with an adjustable quality leather liner and chinstrap.
