Do we offer layby?

We offer Layby as an alternative to our other forms of payment for purchases over $50. We ask for a 20% deposit to confirm that you are serious in your intention to purchase the item and we provide you with a full eight weeks to complete your purchase. For some of our larger purchases we can negotiate a longer period for payment, please ask our friendly staff for further information. In the event that you are unable to payoff the balance of your Layby you may take your deposit (and payments) in Store Credit on other products but no refunds can be made available.

What are the legal restriction legal restrictions?

You must be 18 years of age to purchase all of our display/live swords, knives, throwing knives, bowies and folding knives.


Some of our products cannot be sent to certain states due to licensing issues. Below is a quick guide to what can be sent to which states. It should not be taken as a definitive guide and if in doubt talk to your own weapons licensing authority in your state.


If you have a license / exemption for particular products please send a copy of photographic ID (Drivers License) and exemption/license to info@warsword.com.au when purchasing.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns for up to 14 days after the buyer receives it.

We will provide refunds on faulty, incomplete merchandise only. All of our products have an accurate description of the item and that is the exact item you will receive. If you wish to return an item purchased, please email us or provide photos via email and we will arrange either a refund, exchange or merchandise credit depending on your preference. We will accept product returned with the opened box with all original materials.
